RSR HOA Grounds and Common Areas
| The RSR HOA common areas includes the grounds around the front entrance, along the boulevard, islands, retention ponds, and the round-about area. (RSR HOA is not responsible for the RSR Golf Course grounds.) The RSR Board of Directors, Speciality Management, and the Landscape Contracts Advisor work with outside landscaping companies and nurseries to ensure that the grounds and common areas in RSR are maintained. The RSR HOA Board of Directors also works with outside contractors on the gopher tortoise mitigation area issues, such as fences and signs. |
RSR HOA Landscape Contracts Advisor
| Andy Gore is back to advise on RSR HOA common area landscape contracts between Contractors/Nurseries (i.e., RLC), Speciality Management, and the RSR HOA Board of Directors. Andy will also be developing a cost-effective phased long-term RSR HOA common area (especially focusing on the front entrance and along the boulevard) landscape architecture and maintenance plan. Once the plan is approved by the Contractors, Speciality Management, and the RSR HOA Board of Directors, the plan will be posted in PDF to the RSR HOA website. |
