Grounds Overview
 | Rock Springs Ridge is a premier community of just over thirteen hundred homes established in 1998. It is located in northwest Orange County, FL, within the city limits of Apopka and approximately 5 miles north of the downtown area on the west side of Rock Springs Road. Rock Springs Ridge golf course, an excellent 18-hole facility, is located within the community and extensive park and recreational facilities are located nearby. The South 9-hole course is currently closed. The RSR Golf Courses, Club House, Pro Shop, Driving Range, and Putting Areas are owned and operated by The Golf Group/Rock Springs Ridge Golf Club. |

RSR HOA Common Areas

The RSR HOA Common Areas include the front entrance, along the boulevard, islands, and round-about area. The RSR HOA Landscape Contracts Advisor works with outside landscaping companies and nurseries to ensure that the grounds and common areas in RSR are maintained.
